On-campus health services

The Trinity Health GVSU Campus Health Center is a full-service, on-campus health center focused on providing convenient and high-quality care for Grand Valley students and faculty. Our medical staff, including physicians and mid-level providers, offers a variety of health services, including treatment for injuries, infections and illness; women’s health; allergy shots; physicals and more. Scheduled appointments are preferred, but same-day appointments will be seen based on availability of providers. Our medical team is dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients and takes great pride in helping Grand Valley’s student and faculty populations.

How to search for a doctor or facility

If you are unable to visit the campus health center, use providers in-network whenever possible.

It is best to locate an in-network doctor, urgent care center, and emergency room near you before you get sick. To find an In-Network Blue Cross Blue Shield Provider, visit the Blue Cross Blue Shield website.

Always check with the doctor or medical facility directly to confirm that they accept BCBSM before you receive treatment.

Claims

Get your medical bills paid

On occasion, you may have to pay for health services yourself. For example, you may have to see an out-of-network doctor who does not accept your insurance. If this occurs, you can seek reimbursement by submitting a Member Reimbursement Form. The Member Reimbursement form can be easily obtained by visiting the BCBSM website.
